Do verses in the Bible say God is worthy of worship?

Our question
Christians habitually praise God, and orient their lives towards Him and His will because they have the fundamental belief that God is all-good and worthy of worship. Is this sort of thinking taught in verses of the Bible?

God is holy and deserves praise (1 Chron. 16)
1 Chronicles 16:25, 26-29 -- For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; He also is to be feared above all gods. ... For all the gods of the peoples are idols, But the Lord made the heavens. Splendor and majesty are before Him, Strength and joy are in His place. Ascribe to the Lord, O families of the peoples, Ascribe to the Lord glory and strength. Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His name; Bring an offering, and come before Him; Worship the Lord in holy array.

God is holy, just, awesome, worshipped (Ps 99)
Psalm 99:2-9 -- The Lord is great in Zion, And He is exalted above all the peoples. Let them praise Your great and awesome name; Holy is He. The strength of the King loves justice; You have established equity; You have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob. Exalt the Lord our God And worship at His footstool; Holy is He. Moses and Aaron were among His priests, And Samuel was among those who called on His name; They called upon the Lord and He answered them. He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud; They kept His testimonies And the statute that He gave them. O Lord our God, You answered them; You were a forgiving God to them, And yet an avenger of their evil deeds. Exalt the Lord our God And worship at His holy hill, For holy is the Lord our God

God is loving, faithful, to be blessed (Ps 100)
Psalm 100:1-5 -- Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth. Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before Him with joyful singing. Know that the Lord Himself is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting And His faithfulness to all generations.
